Alta Home Group is a home improvement coordination and management service based in Utah. We are not a licensed general contractor. Instead, we connect homeowners in Utah with a curated network of vetted, licensed, and insured partner specialists who perform the actual physical work.

When you submit a service request through our website, you are requesting that Alta Home Group:

• Review your project needs
• Match you with one or more qualified partner specialists in our network
• Coordinate the estimate, scheduling, and quality oversight process

Alta Home Group does not directly employ the tradespeople, contractors, or craftspeople who perform work at your home.

2. Services Provided

Alta Home Group provides the following services:

• Lead coordination — receiving and processing homeowner inquiries and connecting them with partner specialists
• Estimate coordination — facilitating free estimates between homeowners and partner specialists
• Project management support — monitoring project progress and serving as the homeowner's point of contact throughout the process
• Quality oversight — conducting walkthroughs and follow-up communications to ensure satisfaction

3. Free Estimates

Requesting a free estimate through our website does not create any contractual obligation on your part. Estimates are provided by our partner specialists based on your project specifications. Final pricing may vary based on on-site assessment, material selection, and project scope changes.

Alta Home Group does not guarantee that any estimate will match the final project cost. Any pricing discussed before an on-site assessment is considered preliminary.

4. Partner Specialists

All work is performed by independent partner specialists in the Alta Home Group network. These specialists are:

• Licensed to perform their trades in the State of Utah (where required by law)
• Insured with general liability coverage
• Subject to ongoing quality review by Alta Home Group

Important: Alta Home Group acts as a coordinator between you and partner specialists. We are not a party to any contract you enter into directly with a partner specialist. Any written agreement for work to be performed at your property will be between you and the partner specialist.

Alta Home Group is not liable for the workmanship, timeliness, materials, or results produced by partner specialists. We do, however, take quality concerns seriously and will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes when brought to our attention.

5. Communications and Contact

By submitting your contact information through our website, you consent to receive communications from Alta Home Group including:

• Phone calls and text messages related to your inquiry or project
• Email communications regarding your estimate request or project status
• Follow-up messages to ensure your satisfaction after project completion

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying "STOP" to text messages or clicking "Unsubscribe" in emails. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect service-related messages required to fulfill your request.

Standard message and data rates may apply for text communications.

6. Website Use

• Damages resulting from work performed by partner specialists
• Loss of property, personal injury, or financial loss
• Delays in project completion
• Contractor disputes or non-performance

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Alta Home Group (if any) in the six months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alta Home Group and its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or any violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law
